Sakura Cuisine

Mom and I had a lunch date one day and we went to Sakura for it. Nope, not Sakura International! But rather, Sakura Cuisine which is located at Far East Plaza. I've been going to this particular restaurant for quite a long time! Ever since I was really little, and since then, the restaurant has changed its decor to become a nicer and more welcoming place.

This restaurant offers local cuisine such as fried rice, kway teow etc, and it also offers local side dishes. That day, mom and I had the beef fried rice and dendeng kway teow. Haha tbh, the names are just a good guess on my part because I forgot what they were called. But! I'm confident that it's somewhat similar.

Beef Fried Rice

Large serving, a lot of beef and egg. Not salty. Yum!

Dendeng Kway Teow

Can you see the dendeng? It's those rectangle-ish stuff... Okay, maybe not. But there were many pieces of it, and it was good! Super like it :)

Fried wan tan

This is one of my family's favourites when we dine here! Very crispy and the crispyness has a really nice taste. Only thing was that on that day, the filling inside was very little! >:{

All in all, a good meal. And guess what!! Even though we were served and all, there's no service charge!! Hoho I love restaurants that has no service charge :)

Before this visit and way before I opened this blogshop, I had went there before and took pictures of my food for my personal blog. So here they are, not gonna comment on them because I've forgotten what they tasted like.

 Seafood fried rice

Some crispy noodle thing? Lol.

Anyway, it's been quite some time since the lunchdate with my mom, and I seem to have lost my receipt for this restaurant, thus I can't record down the price. Many apologies!! I do know that each dish is around 4-6 bux though! It's definitely affordable la, and like I said, no service charge! That should definitely lure you in, if nothing else. In any case, if you're at far east, do drop by to check out their food :D

Location: Far East Plaza, #05-36
