Having tried to google for halal food blogs, it seems that there aren't that many in Singapore. Or maybe it's just my googling skills... Hmm. Anyhow, I started to wonder if I could successfully manage a halal food blog. Intimidating thought, but well, having had a personal blog for about 8 years, I do enjoy blogging and, who knows, maybe food blogging will be a new passion for me.
So.... just wait for my next post then!! :D
Mak's Place - The Hawkerant - 401 Changi Road.
ReplyDeleteThis is the worst Restaurant/Food Place that I have patronized in Singapore.
I was at the restaurant earlier last night with a group of Muslim friends and had an extremely horrendous service experience. The food arrived nearly 2 hours after being ordered. The Filipino waitress who attended to us and the other patrons are unable to attend to our request.
Even the owner (a Chinese Muslim men) was very rude to one of the customer who was there with his family and informed him that those who cannot wait to be served their food should go elsewhere. I was shocked to hear this. He even shouted at the said customer and provoked the customer to hit him if he is unhappy being insulted or shouted at.
I would advise all Singaporean to boycott from patronizing the said restaurant, Mak's Place - The Hawkerant - 401 Changi Road.
